Am I required to use a repair shop recommended by my insurance company? 
The answer is NO. Only you may determine where your vehicle is repaired. Research a shop's facility, equipment, and staff training to help you make a best decision for you and your investment. The insurance company cannot insist that you have your vehicle repaired, or direct you to any repair facility. The choice is yours, and only yours!


Where do I get a claim number?
Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down and bring it with you when you come in to begin the repair process. We'll take care of the rest.


Do I have to pay a deductible?
The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. Insurance companies determine fault by your account of the accident when you make the claim, and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department. If you aren't sure about your deductible, you can call your agent and they can tell you what amount you will be responsible for. It some cases when the accident is not your fault and the responsible party has no insurance your deductible will be covered under your insurance policy.


Who do I pay the deductible to?
If your deductible is not waived, it will be your responsibility to pay Cambridge Street Auto Body when you pick up your vehicle.


Will my car or truck ever be the same? Even if it has structural damage?
Yes, approximately 50% of vehicles involved on a collision have some type of structural damage. We have the tools, equipment, and experience to properly repair your vehicle.


How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
Your advisor can give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle.


Can you match the paint that is currently on my car?
Yes, paint can be calibrated to match the vehicle's current paint specs. Each vehicle has a factory paint code that acts as "DNA" for your finish color. All paint is mixed to factory specs, and then hand adjusted by our expert refinish staff to assure our GUARANTEED color matches. If you have any questions please feel free to ask our staff.


Do you warranty the work that has been done? 
Yes, we stand behind everything we do here at Cambridge Street Auto Body. In almost all cases Cambridge Street Auto Body offers a "Lifetime" warranty that will cover all repairs related to craftsmanship.


Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?
Yes, we would be happy to provide this service to you. We want each customer's visit to be a positive experience and will work diligently towards that goal.


How can I get a rental car?
If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements.


When will my car be ready?
You will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Feel free to call or e-mail our staff during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.
